Local calculation
The calculation uses Saturday and Sunday as the normal weekend. The State Council’s annual schedule can exchange weekend rest days for make-up working days around longer holiday periods. The 2026 calendar applies the published working-weekend adjustments; 2027 remains provisional until the official schedule is released.
